We pride ourselves on fast and reliable shipping. Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday are processed same day. We only use reliable carriers USPS. Merchandise damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Upon receiving merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging thoroughly before accepting merchandise. If there is damage to the packaging you must refuse delivery of the package on account it is damaged. DM Eletronics Inc. is happy to help expedite the matter and work with you to replace the items as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some carriers have strict time requirements that limit their liability.
